But Nemona's battle-hungry tendencies keep getting under Penny's skin, and she doesn't know how to confront or resolve them -- but perhaps Cassiopeia does. Meanwhile, Nemona finds herself questioning what she ought to be doing with her post-Academy life, how to manage her obsessions and attention-span, and why she's become so comfortable around Penny despite their differences. She also tries to work out how to leverage her personal desires against familial expectations and resignations.

As soon as Karma joined Naranja Academy, things became obvious; Nemona's throne as strongest in the school was going down, and it did. Karma was one of the select few to be selected for a trip to a mysterious land "Kitakami", the only reason she went is because "everyone is incompetent and will die without me.". NOTES And yes, if you read my other books, this is connected to my 'The Star Story' series. In the description for that book it says something along the lines of "This story is specifically in Violet, however Naranja academy does still exist." I don't remember exactly but yes, that does mean that Void and Ortega will end up meeting the Royal Mental Screw Up Karma and her Not As Royal Mental Screw Up 'friend' Carmine.
