Nova Summers is a mutant who is adopted from birth she was always different she was an outcast due to her powers. She doesn't even know her parents no identity just that they are mutants both of them. She doesn't know if her family is the brotherhood the x men superheroes villains or mutants in jail for no reason. She doesn't know and now she's on her own and finds herself in trouble with police going after her after her "parents" call the police on her for something on accident that she did.
