Another oc fic, this time for my other epic oc Leander! He was mentioned in my other fic appetite for trouble if you wanna see more of him. But Leander has always been rather talkative, and it can get on some people's nerves. The crew comes up with a way to tell him to be quiet without hurting his feeling

After a surprising encounter with a God and a later encounter with the warriors of Ithaca, Kath finds herself wandering through the land of EPIC, a musical she listens to often in her world. All songs belong to Jorge Rivera-Herrans and his amazing cast. I love Polites so much, I swear. Most of the plot is mine, and I'm sorry if some characters are OOC, I'm still listening to it.

I am absolutely obsessed with Epic: the musical & it's about time I go back to my angsty roots. What better fandom but the one where only 1 dude makes it back alive? Unless someone, or something, decided to change their fates... Polites died in the cave at the hands of Polyphemus, and he's been restless ever since. One day, he sees his troop marching through the underworld, and on instinct, he falls in line, following them onto the ship.

I have an AU of Epic the Musical, here's the basics: - Odysseus is replaced by a younger girl named Odessa. - Penelope is not married, and neither is Odessa. They are sisters in this AU. (Hence why Odessa will still MURDER the suitors) - Odessa may have a small crush on Polites. - Odessa is still the captain, despite being a girl. - Polites, when the crew goes to the Underworld: Odessa brings him back with them (it's my AU screw canon we're using PJO logic) - Odessa is NOT the same person as Odysseus, she just plays the same role as him. Hence, some of the song lyrics need a few tweaks. -Certain lyric choices are to stay within the rhymes of the song -This is my AU, if you don't like it, don't read my rewrites. -If a song isn't in here, assume it didn't need any tweaks for the AU -Some songs *cough* Monster *cough* have bits of other songs added for max emotional-ness. What happens when one transmute completely? Not just your soul, but your body too. This story is a self-insert in the world of Epic: The Musical, This self-insert will be wit some kind of sona, but you can change the character for yourself if you want. Also mention that this is a fanfic focused on how would i do the thing in this kind of au, also i will give Polites more light to shine since he's my fav sheep Enjoy :D

Elpenor is locked in a heated prank war with Perimedes. Polites gets caught in the crosshairs, and makes sure Elpenor pays the price.

Elpenor gets a minor injury and doesn't tell anyone until it starts to get inflamed. Odysseus needs everyone in his crew in tip top shape and takes matters into his own hands, and makes a new discovery in the process

Set before the Trojan War. Odysseus hears of recruitment happening for the war. But he has a newborn son. They surely wouldn't force him to fight, right?

Polites decides to sneak up on Odysseus while he's steering the ship. It doesn't exactly go as planned

I dunno if someone did this already but here ya go. Polites lived but at what cost It was supposed to be a oneshot at first but I decided to write a second part. I don't own epic the musical nor the characters. Cover art by me.
