CANISDIRVS
Rohan is a young, inexperienced soldier who has just joined the Aeternan military. He is excited to serve his country and protect its people, but his enthusiasm is quickly shattered when his unit is ambushed by Havenland forces. Rohan is the only survivor of the attack, and he is left traumatized and grief-stricken by the loss of his friends and comrades.
Determined to honor the memory of his fallen squad, Rohan trains harder and becomes a skilled and competent soldier. He is eventually assigned to a new unit, where he meets a diverse group of soldiers who become like a second family to him. Rohan vows to never let anyone under his command suffer the same fate as his first squad.
As the war between Aeterna and Havenland drags on, Rohan and his unit are sent on increasingly dangerous and difficult missions. Rohan is haunted by the memories of his past and struggles with the weight of his responsibilities. With each passing moment they are pushed to their physical and emotional limits and face difficult moral dilemmas. They must decide between their duty to their country and their loyalty to their corrupt government, or the safety and well-being of their loved ones and the civilians they are sworn to protect. Along the way, they encounter complex and multifaceted enemies, as well as internal conflicts within their own country, such as political corruption, power struggles, and factions with competing agendas.
As they navigate the harsh realities of war and grapple with their own personal demons, the soldiers form deep bonds of friendship and camaraderie, even as they are torn apart by grief, trauma, and the weight of their responsibilities. Will they emerge from the war as heroes, or will they be shattered by the horrors they have witnessed and the difficult choices they have had to make?
