Mostly the backstory of my OC Tanne! Although i am planning to add some bits of the TSS movie, so be aware of spoilers in the next chapters if you haven't seen it. Tanne is a criminal, but a one with superpowers, so i guess you could call them a supervillian? Although they would insist it's not necessary, it's much more flattering than what other inmates in the prison house have called them. For example : A sidekick, Polka Dot Mans sidekick to be specific. But to be fair the two DO have history,so technically they're not that wrong after all.

Y/n always wanted to be a hero, but unfortunately he's homeless and has no money and being the good guy doesn't pay, and we'll being 16 in the state of Louisiana under certain "circumstances" You could be tried as an adult which could get you sent straight to blackgate, and we'll if a perfectly good speedster just happens to get arrested, it would be shamefull if whaller didn't get(force) him to use his powers of the sake of the government. or Read as I right a fic about the squad babysitting a 16 year old speedster
