Sick of seeing her friends and family suffer because of the plastic polluting the ocean, Susie Seahorse takes it upon herself to start cleaning up the Great Pacific Garbage Patch one piece at a time.

In which Ariel is more connected to the sea than she thinks...

With a sudden but extreme onset of health-impairing symptoms, Jordan and Parker find solace in each other and their shared experiences- despite having never met before- as they're both plagued with visions of disasters. Unable to figure out how to stop the visions to try to recover, Parker pulls away from it all. Jordan continues to seek answers, at least until the answers come to her. The two newly-acquainted strangers are forced to navigate a revived generational curse in an effort to save themselves and others. *All images are mine.

IN THE DISTANT FUTURE, humans have long ago left Earth, but someone forgot to turn off a little robot named WALL•E, who goes about his chores day after day after day. When circumstances lead WALL•E off the planet and across the galaxy, he goes on the adventure of a lifetime with a starship full of people and robots. With a little luck, this rusty metal hero will save the day and win the love of a beautiful female robot named EVE! WALL•E proves that love is universal, whether your heart beats or beeps!

A collection of poems of all genres.

Zander Hua is thrown overboard a thousand miles from land with nothing but the clothes he has on, his cell phone, and a package of chewing gum. As fate would have it, he's floating in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. There's plenty of junk to help him survive, if he can just figure out how to use it all.

My entry for the #PlanetOrPlastic contest for National Geographic. In 500 words or less, we were asked to write and share a story, may it be real or fiction that was inspired by the photos that were presented. I suck at writing short stories (they tend to get away from me and turn out much longer than I originally intended, so this was quite the challenge), but I managed, and I really like how it turned out. People get carried away with the use of gasoline. Pollution becomes a big problem and changes civilization and they way people live. It doesn't get better and the planet is on the verge of crippling to dust. Molly won't stand it and her friends are along side her. They travel across the world, destroying factories and anything that has to do with pollution. But they rest of the world is in terror. Who is doing this and why? Is that the end though? Is the world the only place this gang can travel to to get their point across?

In a ocean full of pollution, when the humans have stopped caring about what their garbage does to the oceans of Earth, a young seahorse named Quilbio finds a Q-Tip and decides to befriend it despite their differences. Inspired by one of the National Geographic photos in the #PlanetOrPlastic 500-word contest, this short story explores the value of Earth's ocean creatures and how harmful garbage can be.
