A small poem about the ocean!

When Ted and his parents' plane crash near a logging site, the oil leaks much further then they thought it could. When three ordinary lumara, Fern, Rowan and Reed, meet at an assembly, their world changes. Occultatum is slowly withering away and the chiefs are doing nothing about it, they forbid anyone to do anything about it. Occultatum has always healed by itself but this is nothing like they've seen before. Ted, a lost human, wanders into their world and he knows, he did this. Welcome to the world of Lumara. These are MY CREATION, I'm sorry if they are similar to anyone elses ideas but I did not copy them.

As she searches for him in the following weeks, she finds there may be more truth to the Starfish legends than she thought. Over a sizzling roller-coaster summer, Llyr introduces Crystal to magic she'd only ever dreamed of. But as Crystal comes to love Starfish Island, it begins to drive her family apart. A nearby power plant is devastating local marine life, and her parents are stuck in the middle. Just a short story I wrote for class--Please read, I need feedback!

The water that forms the gentle, meandering rivers and kisses one's cheeks as pattering rain is the same water that makes roaring tsunamis and angry, root ripping torrents. Water was made to heal. But what happens the Ocean can no longer heal because She needs to be healed Herself? Water, in the end, will be whatever it needs to be. *** My third entry for National Geographic's writing competition, 'Planet or Plastic'.

Complete Fiction. If some ideas seem like they're not original, that's because I used Robert Kirkman's "The Walking Dead" as inspiration (I'm a big fan of his). Don't worry, I've cited all outside sources. This short story applies psychological concepts to a semi realistic, end of the world scenario where a group of friends want nothing more than to survive. Feel free to comment and leave suggestions. If some parts seem rushed, or don't quite fit in, that's because I was following a very strict guideline when writing this story. I was also on a time limit. I plan on updating this story so it flows better and more cohesively. So if you like it, please make suggestions. Also, I never planned on uploading it and sharing it with anybody, so try to stick to constructive criticism.

Nixie is very passionate about protecting the environment. She works for a fashion company where the CEO is a sweetheart. However, when the company decides to become less environmentally friendly, she takes matters into her own hands by trying to ruin the CEO's life. Little does she know, she is about to miss out on love that's right in front of her. "Our noses joined together and he took his sweet little time to brush softly against mine in a gentle affection gesture. I closed my eyes and all I heard was a soft 'please' before his lips settled on mine." ("The tingling sensation left in the palm of my hand screamed Dylan's name. Another part of my body betrayed me." "So if I go to your house right now there wouldn't be any olives? "I'm afraid so." His cheeks were furiously red. "Oh, you better be embarrassed." He laughed, putting one hand on his forehead, hiding half of his face from me. "That's a crime.")

Saffron is living in a time when the environment is ruined. The few people left on the earth are struggling to survive. After her mother dies of sickness, Saffron has to decide what to do with her future.

A submission to Wattpad and National Geographic's contest PlanetorPlastic. I've always loved seahorses. I'm also environmentally conscious. I hope to raise awareness about marine pollition and its' effect on aquatic life by giving a voice to those who can't speak: our friends under the sea 🐚🌊
