She turned back to him with a smile, removing her sunglasses. For a moment he was taken aback by the startling green color of her eyes, but he calmed himself quickly. "I know where the city is, but thank you." She dropped the sunglasses into her purse and it was the first time he realized a bag of luggage beside her feet. "I need somewhere to stay until the storm passes." His line of vision followed her hand as she pointed up at the sky and he winced a little.
