Eliot is hearing a strange voice that sounds like a narrator describing his life, and those he loves are occasionally cursed with glowing green eyes as they act like puppets. All of this would be stressful enough for a sixth year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry, except there are dementors floating around the castle and a madman named Sirius Black obsessed with some third year student nobody can stand. This story is written as a love letter to the trans community who grew up loving the world of Hogwarts only to feel betrayed by the Dark Lady that created it.

The norms of ordinary life are lifted, and your real self can be hidden from sight. But can Draco Malfoy hide forever?
