Dallas Winston is, in short, a don't give a flying crap type guy. He's pretty picky on who he puts his time into so unless you're really hot or in his gang chances are you won't catch his eye. Katie was none of those things. She wasn't drop-dead gorgeous, a gang leader or member, she was, in a word average. She was actually rather shocked that she caught //anyone's// attention.
