While she hasn't completely figured out what she's going to do now that she's a college graduate (perhaps majoring in English wasn't the best idea) she's not going to let that stop her from pursuing Henri - the cute foreign exchange student she met her last semester at the University of Kansas. What can go wrong right? Kate soon learns Henri has put Kate firmly in the past leaving her to traverse Paris on her own with little money and an even worse sense of direction. But things begin to look up when she stumbles upon her childhood friend Jeremy LeClair, and he invites her to spend the summer at his family's chateau. Of course, Kate can't say no! What she doesn't realize is that the chateau is rumored to be haunted by the two Chevalier sisters that mysteriously disappeared in the late 18th century amid scandal, murder, and a well-kept love triangle. While Kate tries to find out exactly what happened to them (and who the third set of bloody footprints belong to) she throws herself into life at Chateau de Langlois - enjoying the large swimming pool, vineyard, and gardens. What she can't understand is why Jeremy doesn't seem to return her affections! From Paris to Nice to Monaco and Cannes Kate truly has the most amazing summer but what would be perfection is the love of the man she knows has always been more than just a "friend."

This is the story of how I got powers, No joke, the powers I'm talking about are like superman strength and superman hearing it's crazy and some of my friends have powers too nuts right? Look what I'm trying to say is that this story is a long one and I hope you come along for the ride. Follow Jake, Eliza, and Casey as they navigate school while juggling their ambitions to find Jake's dad and to solve the mystery of how they got their powers. He whispered but before he could do anything Dusk grabbed his face and kissed Sonic passionately and deeply. "I'll save your world Dusk..I'll save mine too.." Sonic promised after pulling away and with that he sped off.. In hopes of restoring all worlds and making a better world for his lover..No matter what it took..

Odo takes an interest in reading works from Earth. Kira notices, yet brushes it aside. Disclaimer - I don't own Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. This was written for International Fan Work's Day for 2022 where the goal is to remix older stories. This is a remix of Guilty Pleasures by Queen IX. How did I remix? I actually decided to do a remix of the story based on what I could glean from the summary and tags, but my reason for not reading the story I was remixing before I did the remix was so that the two stories were as different as possible while still having that connection a remix needs, which I'm glad I did because I ended up going in a very different direction for the remix than had I actually read the story - one that was more similar to the story being remixed. As for my reason for picking this story, I was browsing through the IFD stories for 2016 and the first story I saw featured one of my favorites from Star Trek - Odo - getting fannish over stuff and Kira being involved. My story also ended up being pee-relationship for the two.

The Twelve Talisman - Twelve young people from different parts of the world were forced into cooperation at the Shaolin Academy after they learned that they are the chosen ones. At first, they had a hard time dealing with each other but soon they become friends. All seems to be normal until when an ancient demon sorceress Hel was released, our heroes are prompted to collect the 12 talisman before Hel and her minions, the Heylins. Join the adventure of the Shaolins as they get involved between the ancient struggle of the Shaolins and the Heylins and how they handle their task with their own ways. By the way I consider this as a fanfiction because this is inspired by Xiaolin Showdown and Jackie Chan Adventures (hence the title) and some other inspirations. But I tend to keep the characters or some of the elements original (only some elements are copied). Just enjoy reading and comment for suggestions. This is still ongoing. Thanks
