For years there's been The Carnival of Deprimante. People would prepare at the start of the last carnival for the next carnival. Masks of demons, vampires, ghosts; anything mythical that seemed like it was saddened, crying, mad, or just...depressed, was to be used. The only requirement was that you had to wear black as your shirt, pants, shoes, socks, underwear, dress, suit. But it's been 400 decades since someone started out to stop the parade, and only the descendants of old families remember the stories passed down. Now, someone has come that may bring that time of Deprimante back. - Adrien Harverd is the newest descendant of the last family to participate in The Carnival of Deprimante. At just 14 years old, he already considers the prophecies he gets in his sleep of the carnival to be nightmares. Now, he has the chance to visit Paris, the origin of his nightmares. What will happen when he gets to Paris and meets people like him; descendants of the carnival? Y'all tell me whether you like it or not and I'll continue it, but if not its going bye bye because it's way too much like some other stuff that I read and based it off of.

Mary Poppins flys all over the world to help kid's and their parent's relationships, but what about her family and past? Well it's not as practically perfect as we would all think.

Kelvin is a beautiful girl born to a poor family of Mr and Mrs Alfassi who reside in the Golden village . she receives a strange gift from an unknown person which requires her to to wish for anything at her seventh birthday. She wishes to marry an immortal man because she doesn't want to loose him when death comes. Her best friend's crush on her , saves her from her childish wish which was haunting her in her early twenties .

This is just a random idea I thought of because Mary is one of my top comfort characters and not a lot of people write about her, so I though I'd give it a try!

In April of 1972, Mary Poppins' author P.L. Travers wrote, "Someday, I hope to tell the whole story". While these secrets were never openly revealed, Ms. Travers left behind several clues as to the origins of the world's most beloved nanny. They can be found hidden deep within the context of her Mary Poppins series, as well through her other works. Perhaps her greatest clues are most evident in the stories P.L. Travers (nee Helen Lyndon Goff), created about her own origins. Ms. Travers stated she did not write stories for children and POPPINS is written in honor of her intent. It is a story to be read by adults to children, as they both discover the origin of all magic lies with the hidden treasures of childhood.

Mary Popplewell's friends don't understand her Mary Poppins obsession, they think it's a huge joke. When they hear she's going on her long-awaited OE they dare her to go and find Cherry Tree Lane whilst dressed as Mary Poppins. Mary doesn't expect Cherry Tree Lane to look like the Edwardian version of the Travers' novel and she's right, it's not in urban London at all but in a small village in Oxfordshire. Neither does she expect to find a Nanny missing and a family in desperate need for a new one. Can Mary learn the Nanny trade in a hurry? More importantly can she find out what happened to the missing Nanny?
