Sally Starlet is planning to host a grand musical play in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Welcome Home Neighborhood foundation. However, there's a huge problem. The musical needs a lot of actors to cast in the play and surely they can't have just 9 cast members Wally Darling pays a visit to his older brother Roy for his birthday. During the stay, Roy's son, Manny Sheldon, discovers the musical play invitation in his uncle's pocket and immediately wanted to go join the play.
