A year after everything that happened beneath Hogwarts, all I wanted was a normal sixth year. Quidditch try-outs, Beasts class, Herbology, the Yule Ball, and no more ancient magic pulling me into danger. But Sebastian has been distant ever since I told him the truth about Anne's curse, and no matter how much I try to pretend it does not hurt, Ominis knows better. So do Natty and Poppy. Then Adrian Voss arrives at Hogwarts: a charming Slytherin transfer with a sharp smile, dangerous secrets, and far too much interest in me. Sebastian does not trust him, but jealousy has a cruel way of making the truth look like pride. Adrian wants my ancient magic, but he has already found my weakness. Sebastian.

After last year's events, Sebastian Sallow made a decision. Scared of himself, he says he wants to protect you, and to avoid causing you any pain whatsoever. A group of seven friend's are on a mission. Rumour has it Meredith Atom, the new fifth year, holds a power like no other. She holds the ability to yield ancient magic. This ability holds a great relevance to defeating famous dark wizards, Rookwood and Harlow, and the extremely powerful goblin, Ranrok. Meredith's arrival to Hogwarts sprung many students interests, causing an immediate following to start. One her first day she meets Sebastian Sallow, who then introduces her to Ominis Gaunt. Sebastian and Meredith immediately kick it off, with Sebastian explaining his family's story and Meredith relating. Ominis was not so sure on the new girl though. A few day's later Sebastian take's his new friend and Ominis to Feldcroft where Meredith meets Sebastians twin and his younger sister, Carla. Standing besides Carla is a friend of her own, one who is in the same year as Sebastian hence being a year older than her. How does this encounter impact the Wizarding World?

Her head hit the pillow for the night, being chased by a dragon, learning of her ability to see ancient magic and to top it off hitting the most wanted list for a powerful goblin. Oliva's start at Hogwarts had gone off with a bang, but the worst or the best was yet to come when meeting two best friends. SLOW BURN A/N: Based on my playthrough of Hogwarts Legacy, Spoliers will be included, as i plan to write from start to end, with a few new turns along the way, although the game is set in 1880 dialogue between younger characters will more than likely match our time. River Blackwood is a new student from America, who transfer to Hogwarts during the summer before his 5th year, following an incident that left him scarred. Upon arrival, River is sorted into Slytherin, and makes quick friends with a few of his new housemates. Sebastian Sallow, a charismatic, boy with a penchant for trouble. Anne Sallow, Sebastian's twin sister, who is as pretty as she is competitive, and Ominis Gaunt, best friend of the Sallow twins and the only one who manages to keep them from getting expelled. River expected a lot of things to happen this year at his new school, but what he never expected was the feelings he developed for his new friends. Maybe being roommates wouldn't be such a good idea. This is a slowburn poly fic between Ominis, Sebastian, and my OC River. This characters is NOT MC from the game. There may be smut in the future, however as the characters are still young, it will likely be much later on when they are aged up, if I include it at all. For now I'm just interested in letting these characters be loved, god knows they need it. Also if anyone has any idea on how to get the story cover to actually fit inside the box, I would greatly appreciate it if someone told me how to fix it.

NOTE: This is my first ever piece of writing, and with me starting University, I may be a bit slow with publishing more parts! Please bear with me and I promise I will make some good writing. :D SO, this story is basically about this Hogwarts Legacy character I created in the game. However, I have had to use AI to try and create her and this was the closest I could get since I can't download any pictures of her (I'm an Xbox user whoops)! Odessa is a fifth year, 16 years old and a newly discovered witch! You lucky people get to join her on her very first year in a new school, which is (Spoiler alert lol) Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! On this journey, she will acquire new skills solve mysteries and make and break relationships. Poppy sends you an invitation near the forbidden forest after you finish the A Poacher's House Call task for her, and she tells Beast the MC how the poachers managed to reach her grandmother at home. She informs Beast of the presence of the golden snidgets and advises him to approach the Centaurs for assistance. Unfortunately, the encounter goes poorly, and The Beast's full power manifests. This mission occurs following the battle with Ranrok.

An Epilogue to the events of Hogwarts Legacy, therefore spoilers about the storyline of the game. Reader is a witch based in Slytherin house and is also an orphan. TW: discussions on death, nightmares, potential smut later down the track but not yet. Of course Hogwarts Legacy isn't my creation and the character of Sebastian isn't my creation either.

This story is about Ominis Gaunt and his journey to becoming comfortable with vulnerability. It's about Poppy Sweeting and her journey of becoming a woman who can say no. It's about how these, on paper, polar opposite entities, somehow, during time of trial and conflict, bring out the best in each other. As they navigate friendships, love, and unfamiliar feelings, we get to see how their story unfolds. An unlikely pairing. A Slytherin and a Hufflepuff. A snake and a badger.
