(Game Of Thrones Alt-History FanFic) "The Storm" is about the United States of America and the landmass of the North American Continent being transported to another world during a major Solar storm that Earth has never faced. Cut off from her friends and allies. The nation must tread into this strange and new world alone. Cross dangerous uncharted seas and meet foes who want to destroy her-changing the political landscape in the nation for the better, to a small few for the worse. I own nothing is related to ASOIAF/Game of Thrones. I do this as a labor of love and a hobby. Plus this refines my writing skill.

Now the keeper stands watch with unlikely allies- Pyro, a red dragon crowned in silver, forged as guardian of the water; Mira, a silhouette split into two ravens, one returned in human shape; Emme, chaos incarnate, who swims backward and makes the surface laugh; Quakstein, the standing stone, who teaches the shore to stay; Martin, lantern-setter and finder of roads (and once, of Raylene, whose absence still bends the light). The pond writes in ripples. The ring wants to help. The crowns chime when a decision is true. And far off, the edited hole practices being a doorway that never lets go. Soft magic. Liminal spaces. Found family. A quiet war of patience.

Mona, a seemingly normal human girl, has been living life to her absolute fullest...is what I would like to say. Really, Mona is antisocial, shy, and afraid of what would happen if people found out about her secret third eye. One day, when escaping school, Mona comes across a hidden path in the woods she explores often. Following the path led her to a mysterious sand pit that literally pulled her in. Now finding herself in a completely different world, where magic is real and practiced, Mona starts to feel less alone. However, this world isn't exactly safe. The threat of corruption hangs in the air, leading to many mysteries, including what might of happened to Mona's mother. Teaming up with Ollie the button-eyed princess, Chiaria the half-water sprite, KiRei the blind energy wielder, and Hono the flame sprite, Mona adventures the world of Arkon to find her mother and discover who she is. But the longer she stays, the longer the threat of death, corruption, and her own power begins to grow. Eventually, the world itself could potentially be reduced to nothing.
