This story just came out of my mind unplanned lol but I just want to write it down to see the results xD. This story is from modern days but the characters are from the one piece. So this is all about a girl who had a Post- Traumatic Brain Injury caused by an accident. She wakes up losing certain memories of her ex lover/first love named Ace in the past whom she loved deeply but left her for some unknown reasons. Having to forget the memory of her ex, she had developed an attachment to Trafalgar Law, the doctor who was assigned for her clinical checkups. All is well with the two lovers, but what happens if her memories with her ex comes back? Will her feelings change? Will you choose the past over the present? Or will you live in the present and forget about the past.

Catherine Jean Iristone is a marine under control of the Vice Admiral Smoker. She is well-known of being Trickster which is her nickname 'cause she always plays tricks on anyone each day, especially Smoker. Luffy lives in Curly Dadan's place with Ace when he encounters with a girl named (y/n). Luffy, Ace, Sabo and (y/n) become close friends and dreaming of becoming the pirate king. (Y/n) and Sabo both drown into the sea after ship wreck. Luffy and Ace thinks they are dead but (y/n) and Sabo was alive. Luffy thought (y/n) was just a nakama to him until he realizes what he actually feels about her. Looking at things in retrospect, she wouldn't have traded her life for anything in the world. It wasn't an adventurous one, but it was hers. She had a loving family, a few trusting friends, an admittedly stress-inducing degree-in-making and an expensive passion for everything manga related, One Piece on top of it all. But, even if the manga of Eiichiro Oda was her favourite of all time,she knew what kind of world it was. It was a world of men and gods, of devil fruits and ambition, of tragedy and laughter. It was a world suited for the monsters that live in it. For someone who lived in the 21st century and the most traumatizing experience of her life was the death of Bambi's Mother and Mufasa, it was not her world. And, if she could have a choice about where to go if she died, she would have chosen something relatively peaceful. Or also, you know, not dying seemed like a good choice. But apparently, that wasn't in her future. Because a truck went head-first into her bus and she found herself watching the blue sky a few seconds later. When she woke up, in a boat she don't recognize on an unknown sea, with the most beautiful woman she had ever seen looking at her, she blamed it all on a bad dream or a morphine-induced nightmare. She was wrong. She died and get transported into that world she so loved, and now hated at the same time. . In a perfect punctual fashion to see the death of the King of the Pirates, no less.

He never saw it coming, but in the moment of his death, he thought he saw another dying the exact same way, but on a battlefield with his friends fighting for his life, and for a nanosecond, he feels a little envious, too.
