Two Years after the events in Marineford; Law is still working with the World Government as a Warlord, Ace is still locked up in Mariejois, and the Straw Hats are about to reunite again. But events begin to stir after Rouge returns from the afterlife, and the witch heirs are in more trouble now than ever. Everything is set into motion for Law when the Heart Pirates finds themselves on Punk Hazard, and of course, where chaos happens, the Straw Hat Pirates are not far behind, threatening Law's title as a Warlord. Will Law be able to keep his freedom, or will he be forced up to Mariejois next to reunite with Ace? And will Ace ever escape Mariejois and be free again? (Continuation of The Portgas Clan - Two Year Time Skip)

Rouge was a witch of the Portgas Clan, and when she died she became a ghost to protect and teach Ace his new duties as the last Portgas witch. The problem was that the World Government wanted the members of the twelve witch clans alive and with two brothers at Ace's back he kept getting into lots of trouble and attracting lots of attention. When that attention leads them to flee Goa Kingdom things become truly more chaotic. Can Rouge protect her kids (yes, kids, she claimed Luffy and Sabo too) or will she lose them forever? Will things get better in North Blue? Dead or alive, Rouge would fight by Ace's side, but will that be enough to save him?

Luffy alongside Bonney grew up together as friends and after meeting a girl by the name of Uta, the daughter of Red Hair Shanks, both of them will end up accidentally eating two devil fruits the Rumble-Rumble Fruit and The Time-Time Fruit, which would lead to Luffy getting training from Shanks in order to learn how to control his devil fruit where he learns everything and about Haki. His dream, to find the One Piece and become the King of the Pirates along with Bonney and Uta, along with future crew members.
