Alberto is alone. By himself. And nobody understands him. At least, that's what he'd like to believe. But he discovers a sea monster his age... a girl sea monster, or "Merfolk" as she says. Soon he realizes something he has no choice in. Falling in love, which is hard and dangerous. Especially when it is with someone who's completely different. But love is love, and can be blind.

Luca and Alberto are sea monsters. They met each other when they were kids, on the seashore of the small Italian town, Portorosso. They've been friends ever since, and they always will be... But now that they've grown older, there have been some changes in their lives.

(Y/n) (L/n) didn't have such a good home life growing up. Around the age of five, (Y/n) was adopted Massimo Marcovalda and his eight year old daughter, Giulia. Massimo and Giulia found out about (Y/n) being part sea monster, and they took care of her and made sure to keep it a secret from the rest of the town. Two new kids enter the town and cause a bunch of trouble where ever they went. "Not gonna lie... ... ... ...
