What happened after the war with the White Witch was over, the celebration ceased and reality hit?

The world has become quite peaceful, there is no war and all goverments have united, although racism is still a thing, yet not because of skin color, rather because of the subspecies, a type of hybrid of human and monster, the subspecies have established with the humans but its almost like if their existence is nothing to some, except for Zane, Zane is a 19 year old human college student that lives next to Bonnybelle, a 19 year old bunnygirl that attends Zane's college just because and is Zane's childhood friend, although Bonny has feelings for Zane, Zane doesn't seem to notice at all, rather he cares for her like if she were his sister, this is the story of these two people as they live together in a world full of people who don't like the subspecies and vice versa.

"What's romance got to do with anything?" OK, maybe Adrian's not such a romantic... I'm just not gonna sike myself out over something that could take years to happen. Alex and Adrian are both 21 and still haven't met their match. I don't appreciate disappointment, I've got high standards but no false hope. "OK, here we go..." Alex goes. I look over at him being silly. "Three..." I look past Alex to Adrian. He looks back, his face stuffed with hot dog. "Two..." Still looking at Adrian, he gives me a big cheesy, or should I say meaty, smile. "One, Happy Birthday!" Alex states. (his teacher's praised him for being smart that he might get a intelligence related quirk, but that doesn't sound cool. anyone can do that! even big sis Ciel, who's quirkless!) all in all, he loves his weird family.
