Postal Dude just got his trailer back after it was stolen, and now he's back on the road with his best dog, Champ. Postal Dude was driving late at night to find a spot where they could rest, and was going to go to a nearby motel. However, Postal Dude starts to swerve on the highway and ends up in a fatal car crash that kills him. However, Postal Dude seems to find himself in Vivizepop's Hell! Now, it's up to him to find his dog and team up with the I.M.P Company to fuel his bloodlust.
