Jack didn't ask to save the world. He just wanted to run his convenience store in peace. Then he woke up in a wasteland. No town. No neighbors. No Wi-Fi. Just cracked red earth, dead trees, and a voice in his head calling itself the Limitless Omniversal Supply System. The LOSS System. Jack laughed for a very long time. The system was not amused. Now he has a fully stocked store, unlimited water and electricity, and a system that's somehow both all-powerful and deeply offended by everything he says. To survive in a world where the average temperature hits 52°C, Jack will have to sell supplies, make allies, build shelter, and figure out why his little store might be the first step toward bringing a dead world back to life. One cold soda at a time.

Author : 周果子的肺 Associated Names : 末世後被前男友救了 Translators: Afei-transmtl, Nicole Link: https://afeitransmtl.blogspot.com/2025/03/when-i-become-heir-of-evil-god.html Synopsis: Cui Xisheng had chased Meng Jiangtian for three years, sharing the most intimate moments for just as long. He thought they had been in a relationship for three years. But on the day Meng Jiangtian's white moonlight ex-girlfriend returned from abroad, he left without hesitation. That was when Cui Xisheng realized he had only ever been a "regular friend" whom Meng Jiangtian called upon at will. Heartbroken, Cui Xisheng ate three large bowls of food in one go, only to end up vomiting so badly that he was rushed to the hospital. When the doctor congratulated him on being one month pregnant, Cui Xisheng nearly got into a fight with them. After all, he was a man-a pure-blooded man. Yet, as someone who studied traditional Chinese medicine, Cui Xisheng ran multiple self-checks, all of which confirmed the impossible: he was indeed pregnant. There was only one possible father-Meng Jiangtian. But Cui Xisheng chose not to tell him. Who needed whom, anyway? That belief was shattered a month later when the apocalypse suddenly struck. As an ordinary person without awakened abilities, survival became nearly impossible for Cui Xisheng. When he was on the verge of being bitten by a zombie, he instinctively shielded his two-month-old belly. But the expected pain never came. When Cui Xisheng opened his eyes, he found himself staring at Meng Jiangtian's cold, indifferent face once again. At that moment, he wasn't sure whether to feel relieved or devastated. Yeji always thought the world would end in fire, or maybe in a flood. But when it came, the end was quiet-broken only by the groans of the dead. They rose in many forms: the stiffs, the lurkers, and the relentless swarmers that consumed entire streets. Humanity didn't fall in a single night. Piece by piece, it unraveled. And survival became more than just outrunning the dead. It became about trust. About hope. About love. And above all...about the ones who remain.

Ninety-seven years is a long time to sleep through the end of the world. When U.S. Army soldier Michael Cutler is pulled from cryosleep in a forgotten Eligius bunker by Bellamy Blake and Clarke Griffin, he wakes up to a planet he no longer recognizes. As a living relic of the Old World, Mick must navigate the brutal politics of the 100 and the shifting alliances of the Ground in a world where survival often demands the loss of humanity. Locked between the soldier he was and the guardian he must become, Mick Cutler is determined to prove that some things-like family and honor-are worth keeping intact. I do not own The 100 or any of its canonical characters; all rights belong to their respective owners. I only own my OCs and any deviations from the original show's narrative. Thank you for reading!

THE PETRICHOR CHRONICLES Book Two - When the Rain Remembers The dead are returning. But memory is not the same thing as life. Months have passed since humanity survived the Chorus. The rain still carries memories, but the network has changed. People can connect without surrendering themselves. Communities are rebuilding. For the first time since the storm began, Mara Voss believes humanity might have a future. Then the dead start coming home. They remember their families. Their childhoods. Their deaths. They remember loving people who watched them die. Known as the Remembered, these impossible survivors force humanity to confront a question nobody is prepared to answer: If every memory of a person survives, is the person who returns really them? For Mara, that question becomes painfully personal when two versions of Eli begin existing at once-one made of flesh and another born inside the network. And while humanity argues over who deserves to be called real, something far more dangerous is happening beneath the Pacific. Memories are disappearing. Entire places are being erased from the Chorus. Even the ancient Keepers are afraid of what waits below. Then the ocean asks humanity a question. WHAT LIVES? And somewhere in the darkness, something answers. WE DO. When the Rain Remembers expands The Petrichor Chronicles into a haunting story about grief, resurrection, identity, consent, and whether remembering someone is enough to bring them back.

In the distant future, humanity has accomplished what was once deemed impossible, creating artificial life. The science community celebrated this once impossible feat, for they believed it was the beginning of something great. But unfortunately, they would soon find that this was nothing but a mistake. A year after the birth of what later would be called the Láthos, humanity's creation began to believe that their creators were nothing but a virus. That train of thought soon sparked a long bloody conflict between creator and created. Years passed as the fighting raged on, and the human race was brought to the brink of extinction. Finally, after they thought all hope was lost, the world's top research specialists found a way to end that losing war. The specialists discovered a genetic flaw in the Láthos, which, if exploited, could shut down their mental and physical functions. Using that discovery, they created a bioweapon. When activated, the device would disperse a particular chemical into the atmosphere, causing their misfit creations to enter a state of hibernation but leaving humanity unaffected. After several weeks of testing, they commenced the operation, the tension high as that was humanity's last chance. Fortunately, soon after activating the bioweapon, the Láthos all fell into a deep slumber, signifying the end of the long war. The remnants of humanity celebrated, for they believed this was the end but was it? Note: I'm posting this on royal road.

Well, lookie here, another innocent soul stumbled across my book, so ready to be traumatized? (Oh, and read to the end, the buildup is a little long, but it's all worth it {trust}) In the year 3017, humanity had reached one of the most important milestones in science, one that could lift it to heights it never could have even dreamed of. A single invention promised to reshape civilization forever, a discovery capable of elevating mankind beyond its wildest dreams. Or cause the budding flower of a civilization to wither off and die right before it could bloom, and... Humanity lost this cosmic lottery... The world fell. But Earth was never the whole story. Beyond reality lies an endless sea of worlds. Infinite universes drift through a place known only as the White Realm, each following its own history, its own laws, its own fate. Some thrive. Some burn. Some should never have existed at all. And something has begun moving between them. As ancient forces awaken and forgotten creators step back into a war they thought had long since ended, a handful of survivors find themselves caught in a conflict far larger than the collapse of a single world. Because this isn't just the story of humanity's end. It's the story of an infection that refused to stay confined relentlessly slamming against its prison until it finally could leak through. One by one... Entire realities begin to fall. And beyond it all... Something is watching. Waiting. Smiling. ... Still think this is just another end-of-the-world story? Go ahead. Turn the page. I'll give you exactly one chapter before everything goes horribly wrong.
