A parhelion is a second sun - an atmospheric illusion that appears beside the real one. Same warmth. Same light. Not supposed to be real. She needed a name. He had one to spare. Neither of them planned the rest. Tsubakiri Yui came to Tokyo to escape an arranged marriage and earn her place on her own terms. Fushiguro Megumi agreed to help because it was the simplest solution and because living for other people's problems is the only way he has known to spend a life he never quite believed was his to keep. The arrangement was temporary. A second sun. Something that exists only to be useful, only to be seen, only until the light changes. But the warmth...was it temporary too? A post-manga slow burn about two people who learned to disappear into usefulness, and what happens when they finally become real to each other.

After Inuyasha is called a "half-breed", his mother takes the time to comfort him the only way she knows how: a lullaby. Inspired by Frozen 2 and the song All is Found. I own nothing, just had an idea to try this out.

When Liz and Patty receive a letter from someone from their past calling them back to Brooklyn, they must decide whether to risk it all to save someone whose done nothing but hurt them or to keep the streets as part of their past. With Kid by their side, the Thompson sisters will once again brave the streets of Brooklyn, but will the Devil's of Brooklyn have it in them to reclaim their infamy or has their time at the DWMA made them soft.

Now that Kid has taken the position of Shinigami and things have settled down, and Kid and Liz have finally confessed their feelings. To Liz life is perfect, until a letter from Tsugami arrives, begging Liz, Patty and their miester to come visit Anya's kingdom and train them. While there Liz must face the fact that she isn't like the nobles that Kid rubs elbows with, and must decide if she could ever be a nobility like them or will they never accept one of the Devil's of Brooklyn.

This will take place after the end of the manga with each chapter being its own story. Story is also in AO3. Primarily, chapters are posted there first.
