This year, something about dining and celebrating seemed wrong as I came across the many hurt Gothamites who seek shelter in the overflowed hotels and motels scattered across the city. Crime has skyrocketed throughout as well. I need help to keep up with it. Neither can Gordon. We try our best, knowing something is brewing on the horizon that we can't see yet.

This story follows the character's lives after the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. This was originally inspired by Raph's lack of angst but I decided to change it, now that I'm in the midst of chapter 3 and have decided to turn this into a multi-fic storyline. -This, of course, is our dear, sweet Raphella's 'POV'.
