The 76th Hunger Games. The rebellion has ended, The rebels have won, and now Scarlet must play in the games that continue, the games for the Capitol's children, the games for President Snow's granddaughter. There will be one last hunger games hosted by the districs against the Capitol, As voted for by district thirteen before the execution of President Snow, and as voted for by the previous victors. Are these hunger games going to be any different? Or are the rebels just as bad as president Snow?

In the middle of rewriting the universe by expanding her Labyrinth and altering her nemesis, the Incubator, Homura is approached by a strange creature that could easily pass off as a Familiar, if it wasn't for the fact this panicking hybrid of a Legless Crow with Butterfly Wings would separate into two clouds of smoke (one black, the other white), and turn into two teenage girls. Who were they ? What did they want ? And most importantly, were they going to be a nuisance fighting against her plan ?

The girl acting as the face of the rebellion was perceived as the leader. Now that the rebellion has won, the people's loyalty is to her. In her creation of the new government, she creates a monster of her own undoing.
