At age 22 Mike Shinoda takes in a baby girl who was dropped off on his doorstep and named her Espin Kennedy Shinoda. but now at age 38 with his daughter being 16 she finally finds out the truth about her past after years of Mike hiding it away. But when Espins curiosity leads her and Mike finding her mother's side of the family it leads the both of them being pulled away from each other by Espins real father Darrens actions. With Espin being gone Mike goes through a state of depression, anger, loneliness and lost. But when something happens to where Espin comes back He makes sure that no one can take his daughter away again.

Kevin Barr and Eddward Vincent - just two boys with a past together who meet again after losing touch after high school. They both have a little baggage but maybe they can carry it all together. [Where Eddward's an innocent asexual cutie, Kevin's a patient sweetheart, Nathan's the Captain of their ship and Rave is done with his crap.] Enjoy, thank you, and please give this one a chance. This is the first 'romancy' thing Ive ever written. Probably sucks. Sorry. ((Previously named 'Catching Me Again))

Exercise is medicine. It's arguably the most potent "drug" in the world. Yet, studies show most of us don't get enough of it. That includes older veterans with mental health conditions and other chronic diseases. Exercises for Older Veterans with PTSD is a straight-forward fitness guide that details the physiological impact of PTSD and how physical activity can not only minimize PTSD symptoms, but improve overall health. It's a practical, easy-to-follow resource for older veterans interested in starting a physical activity program, whether they have PTSD or not. Exercises for Older Veterans with PTSD is organized into four sections: Section I explains how chronic PTSD impacts regions of the brain, heart, and important biological functions; and discusses the benefits of physical activity in PTSD management, disease prevention, and overall quality of life. Section II delves deeper into the key elements of a well-rounded physical activity program; explains the differences between aerobic, muscular, and flexibility exercises; and showcases clear illustrations of various exercises, from beginner to advanced level. Section III lists a variety of resources to connect veterans with social organizations and information that promote health and wellness. Section IV explores the latest research from Dr. Sabrina K. Segal on trauma-related stress and its impact on cognition. Dr Segal is a neuroscientist who specializes in exercise and its effect on the brain.

Dedicated to the blessed memory of W. H. Auden "Seconds later the man disappeared from the silver surface of the exquisite cheval mirror and clicked the front door, and he was as old as Adam, carrying the burden of his own sin." The everlasting struggle between a man and society, free will and circumstances; and the crucial question of who is at fault in the context of a currently central social issue. The consequences of the war set against the challengies of the piece; the problem of conformity, the bitterness of betrayal, the burden of indifference. "Brian Moore, aged 29, woke up in a cold sweat and felt his heart beating violently, and his eyes were full of tears..." P.S. It is designed to be a short story collection, which means new stories will be added soon.

Young Lanz Rein left his family to go off for war. His people and friends cheered for him and wished him luck, and he thought it is his time to shine and show how he is a man. But war was more than he thought. It wasn't rainbows and unicorns like he thought. It wasn't a piece of cake and it certainly didn't taste like one. It tasted like blood and death. Can he find his way back to his life? Or will everybody be gone by the time he does?
