Gloria and Hop have always been neighbors and even best friends. Now, they were rivals. Of course, they would travel together as best friends. They would be fighting alongside one another, camping out together with their pokemon, exploring the wild area and what it has to offer, entering the gym challenge, and so much more. But - is that the way they are going to stay throughout their journey? Will they become something more? Or will they remain best friends, or worse - become just friends? ART DOES NOT BELONG TO ME!

This is a fanfic of the character of the female player (Gloria) from Pokemon sword and shield and the rival Hop Hop and Gloria have been best friends since always, he had been trying to make it obvious and make her notice him but he's trapped in the friend zone. This is their story along all their lives, from the end of the gym challenge to the very last of their life'a. Will he be able to get out of the friend zone?

The plan is simple enough. One: Catch an Applin. Two: Hand Gloria the Applin. Three: Thank her without going off on a ramble about parkas, or how good she looks in them. So when Gloria responds to the gift in a rather curious way, and things complicate tenfold, Hop realises his poor communication skills have done him in again. A fluffy story about the tail end of the Pokemon Sword plot, full of furious texting and dramatic gestures that end up more public than intended.

Relive the adventure of Sword and shield from the perspective of your favorite characters! This time with much more adventure, battles, lore, ships and a different ending (?) I wrote this story with great care and love for these couples. I hope you love them too. And for you perverts(like me) asking: Mature content is possible, but only in the future. --The Female Protagonist's name isn't Gloria cause um- I don't think that fits her. It's Hope, cause she gives hope to Hop(and cause I named my own version of the Protag that in the actual game).-- Hope and Hop have been friends since Hope moved into Postwick back when she was little. Sure, she was a bit shy back then, but Hop really brought her out of her shell. Hop and his own Wooloo even saved Hope from a bunch of angry Skwovet when she first moved! About 12 years later and Hope is the Galarian Champion. Hop starts working for Sonia, the new Pokemon Professor for Galar. Now both Hope and Hop are 20 years old. Hop has worked his way up to being Sonia's top assistant. Hope has kept her title for just over 8 years. Both have feelings for the other but don't know how to say it.
