Peter Parker has been falling apart for a while. Ever since Ben died and May went off the rails, enjoying booze rather than taking care of her three children Kensey, June and Matty (real name Matthew.) Leaving Peter alone to take care of them. Of course a 16y does not do this well especially an enhanced superhero one. A selfless one who for the life of him can not ask for help and will literally resort to drugs before seeing a therapist.
