A short story of love and powerlessness.

I wrote this in May of 2015, while trying to come to terms with my struggles with addiction; after years of numbing myself with substances. On March 1, 2017, that nightmare finally came to an end when I surrendered and asked for help. I read it often, and while it may seem to glorify those days, it is a reminder to me that they were troubling times and I must remain vigilant in using my best judgement, always. There are always temptations around us in life. Today, after much hard work, I have the insight to recognize that. Reminders of my previous life help me to realize the progress I have made, over time, and the hope that I continue to have for a brighter future... One day at a time.

" So... are you like lesbian or...something?" Tko asked in an awkward way. I Choked on the air that surrounded me" What!? Hell no! I would never ever be lesbian. All I said was that I'm a Tomboy! you gay Bastard" He looked at me with wide eyes" Hey! I'm not the only bastard here and I'm not gay!" ------ Yall I'm sorry I had to do it, or who else would have done it!? anyways I got this idea from reading @Tko207 fans ideas and I just had to do cause I had a lot of ideas right when I read it so... here we go!

The conversation I randomly had with a boy opened up my eyes.

Ember was screaming. His people were screaming. His land was bleeding.

Loki has finally crossed the line and is banished. Not just from Asgard, but from all the Nine Realms. He's found himself in a dimension without magic, without superheroes, and where what people know of him, Asgard, and The Avengers is what they read in comic books and see in movies. He's in our world. Totally lost and furiously angry, one woman might be enough to make him see our world isn't so bad. Currently on hiatus. --- In a faraway kingdom nestled deep within snow-covered mountains, an unnamed elven prince, the son of the cruel king Azdorath, is tasked with a mission he never desired: to abduct Legolas, the prince of Mirkwood. Strong, skilled in magic and bound by the will of his ruthless farther, the prince successfully captures the young Mirkwood prince. But the mission soon becomes a battle of conscience. Torn between his father's commands and his growing empathy for the captive, the prince grapples with the darkness in his heart and an unexpected connection begins to form between him and Legolas. Though just slightly older, they are more alike than either would have guessed. Set against a backdrop of snow, ancient magic and conflicted hearts, the lines between enemies and allies blurs. -------------- This story will follow an unnamed elven prince in first person perspective, there will be some mentions of clothes or hair color but other than that, he is for self insertion. The story is almost done but I will update chapters over time. Triggering situations will be pointed out, with the concrete triggers put in a list before each chapter. Even though this story is about Legolas, there will not be any more details on the fellowship or the main story of Lord of the rings. This is story is going to be slow burning. I hope you will enjoy the story.
