Oppressor Plutonium hated the way that the Powerpuff Girls saved the world. So therefore, he decided to create his own daughters using: salt, vinegar and everything nasty, with the ingredient: Chemical X. And their names were: Berserk, Brat and Brute. Berserk was the leader, Brat was the cute, but dangerous one and Brute was the brutal one. And they were the Powerpunk Girls, the Powerpuff Girls' evil counterparts.

Because of Him their families were killed. 1 year later Him appeared again with the RRBZ. In order to protect Tokyo, they sealed Him inside Momoko's heart. 3 years later, Momoko, Miyako, Kaoru, and 4 new puffs, Amu, Lucy, Asuna, and Maka are 2nd years in high school. But what happens when the RRBZ show up? And what will happen to the PPGZ & RRBZ when Momoko loses control of the Black Z Rays sealed inside her body? And will the Puffs and Ruffs put aside their differences to help Momoko? And is something romantic going on?
