Every time he goes to the doctor, he leaves the doctors office with the same sad look on his face. They don't give him too much hope of living. That is until he realizes he's a character in a manhwa, so maybe he can change things? Maybe he can live a happy and healthy life if he tries changing the story? And maybe he can even find someone he really loves, not someone the writer is making him be with. He specially becomes hopeful when he meets a boy with no name, but the number 21 written on his soccer jersey. (This story is inspired by kdrama 'extraordinary you')
