The doctors tell him it's just getting worse for him, so he's not sure when his last day will be, which makes him want to live his life to the fullest. He loves his life. He has loving parents, loving friends, a not so loving fiancé, but that doesn't matter. The point is... he wants to live. Every time he goes to the doctor, he leaves the doctors office with the same sad look on his face. They don't give him too much hope of living. That is until he realizes he's a character in a manhwa, so maybe he can change things? Maybe he can live a happy and healthy life if he tries changing the story? And maybe he can even find someone he really loves, not someone the writer is making him be with. He specially becomes hopeful when he meets a boy with no name, but the number 21 written on his soccer jersey. (This story is inspired by kdrama 'extraordinary you')

What happens when his boyfriend's twin brother, Kim Jiwoong, comes back from abroad, and Matthew has had a little too much to drink, not even being aware his boyfriend has a twin? And what happens when the next day, he and Jiwoong, both wake up with a timer on their wrist, indicating they only have 30 days until it stops. They're not sure what the timer is for, but the only way to stop it is whenever they're together.
