Princess zelda struggling to awaken her sacred power learns to love by her knight. The tension slowly building between them... Starting as a fiery hate towards Link turns into an undeniable passionate love story of forbidden love and desire of closeness in secret. Peeling back Link's hardend exterior revealing his heart, Zelda yearns to be free with him in the open. A zelink fanfic occuring before the events of breath of the wild. Not everything is canon. Scenes about Link's voice and what he chooses to say to the other Champions. Urbosa draws the voice out of a stoic knight to find the hurting boy underneath. Mipha has known Link since long before he learned to hide himself away, and knows how to find him behind his walls. In an effort to always protect the descendants of Hylia from evil, the Royal Family took all descendants from the strongest line of Heroes and bred them against each other; tweaking the resulting genetics to create the most loyal, wolf-like force humanly possible. After the last Great Calamity, when the Sheikah were banished, they too were exiled to the same region into a forested region separated from the rest of Hyrule by a single fort: Fort Hateno. For ten thousand years, they remained locked behind those walls by force of death, until a benevolent queen freed them from their plight. But the end of their exile was far from the end of their problems; both societal and biological issues had compounded those past ten millennium. But perhaps the Goddess herself could find mercy on these forgotten creations and restore them to the individuals they always were.

Ganon's return is imminent, and the Goddess has abandoned Hyrule. The Queen, incarnate of Hylia, died 1 year ago and the search for a hero was unfruitful. Hidden away in the castle, however, lies a t-girl, locked away from the world by her Father, King Rhoam. She could take her mother's place, if only he'd let her try.

It had been a month since Link was appointed as Zelda's knight, and since that time Zelda and Link have just finally gotten along but it seems it may take a bit longer for Revali and Link to get along. Who knows, if Zelda can help in any way she can, the process might be faster and both the Hylian and Rito's relationship may turn deeper than friends

Even heroes need help sometimes. Such is the case when Link, Zelda, and the Champions find themselves backed in a corner when Hyrule's greatest enemy rises again to take his throne. Urbosa was many things, but even she could not halt the sands of fate. When a dying Hylian mother entrusts her infant son to her, begging on her last breath to raise him as her own, her Gerudo pride could not possibly deny her final request. Link, despite being a male, would be raised Gerudo. And Urbosa would make sure her son would be the strongest warrior of them all.
