KaiSagi family fic. How Noel and Jinpachi, being mentor/dad figures despite their lack of parenting skills, issues, flaws, and shortcomings, tried to provide stability in the lives of young Michael and Yoichi. The pseudo-family consists of a mismatched group of people coming from different backgrounds and different upbringings, each dealing with issues of their own. It's imperfect, it's messy, borderline dysfunctional, and it's far from the ideal family he pictured. It's not the kind of family he wanted but the kind of family he got, and Michael never knew how much he needed it.
