Doctor Sasha Reid (fem Spencer) is like a daughter to Jason Gideon, had been since Stephen brought her over for dinner. Helping her join the BAU was a no brainer, she was a genius with three PhD's at 23, Sasha would be an asset to the Behavioral Analysis Unit.
