As Stark lies in his bed sleepless, he gets into a conversation with his thoughts and soon discovers that the very small thoughts that one can have may develop into something bigger that himself and that each and every person's brain is a battlefield. One needs to be armed with the right thoughts in order to decide what's best for himself. As the old English saying goes: "Every man for himself". This book is written in the form of a drama whereby Stark who appears as the Host goes into conversation with his thoughts and Brain about his smoking and alcohol drinking habits and his decision to quit as well as how he sees all this through the societal point of view and his inner self-help and confidence as well as belief. This book is for those that are not primitive in their thoughts and very few will find it intruiging at all because of the complex thinking used in it. Vulgar language and swearing so please be warned. Enjoy.
