This movie takes place after the events of the HUGtto! Pretty Cure♡Futari wa Pretty Cure: All Stars Memories Movie. After a year has passed from their last adventure, 53 Pretty Cures and 28 mascots went to go see The Super Mario Bros. Movie together in the movie theaters. Once they saw the whole movie from start to finish, Miyuki convince everyone to find a green Warp Pipe in the underground sewers to see if it's real. But it turns out, it was real which caught everyone by surprise. But Celestia's husband and Luna's daughter are also missing And if that wasn't enough. Celestia also revealed that the girls have received the brand new powers of warriors known as Pretty Precure, and they can use the power of all Pretty Precure And this is a brand new beginning for our heroes and heroines, and this is their journey to become " The Mystic Heroes"
