“I knew she had a girlfriend, I confess. I had an attraction to her. But I was too shy to say so and I had respect for her girlfriend.” A shaky, nervous voice rang out that august morning throughout the court. “Broach Anderson, formally known to the student body as Ber, was a strangely unique individual. A lot of folks would say that Gothic People are mean, nasty and don’t want to talk to any one. But that isn’t true, Gothic’s are Friendlier then most, once you get to know them. I should know, I was her best friend.” He said sadly as his face became pale, his palms sweaty and he could feel the sickening gut wrenching pain in his stomach as the visions he remembered flashed inside his head. ___________________________ Enjoy this story of predjudices in a courthouse.

In a society where algorithms determine where people live, what jobs they do, and who they marry, would people be able to handle rejection? If not, is that such a bad thing if rejection could be eliminated? Or is rejection an inevitability that needs to be faced to build confidence, self-assurance, and self-esteem? In a world where algorithms make all the decisions, Shana takes a chance to go against the norm. This is Deleted Scene from the Unexpected Inlander series.

Where We Learned to Breathe Series One of Three Naomi Carter wasn't looking for love. At thirty-eight, newly divorced, and raising her thirteen-year-old son on her own, she was focused on survival, healing, and keeping her world steady. Caleb Hayes wasn't looking either. At forty-five, a successful construction company owner with a life carefully shaped by expectations, he knew exactly who his family wanted him to be with - and who they never would. When a broken porch brings them face to face, neither expects what follows. What begins as professional distance turns into quiet understanding. What feels like safety turns into pressure. And what neither of them planned for becomes impossible to ignore. Surrounded by judgment, family expectations, racial tension, and voices that insist love should stay "within its place," Naomi and Caleb must confront their own fears, prejudices, and the cost of choosing what feels right over what looks acceptable. This is a slow-burn, emotionally rich romance about: • Finding connection when you're not searching • Love complicated by race, class, and family pressure • A protective mother, a perceptive son, and a man caught between duty and truth • The quiet moments that change everything ✨ This is Book One in a three-part series (Book One: Collision & Resistance) (Book Two: Exposure & Pressure) (Book Three: Choosing Love Anyway) Sometimes love doesn't arrive loudly. Sometimes it waits - patiently - until you finally allow yourself to breathe.

Some of the short stories are based on true stories. I wrote and published under the consent of the people involved in it. The real names were changed to protect their indentity. All of the stories were written in my creative writing classes during my college years. "Fear cuts deeper than swords." - George R.R Martin Wicked, nefarious, vile, and malicious are just a few of the words used to describe a cursed. But what is a cursed? A cursed being is a mixture of both vampire and wolf DNA. They are stronger and faster than any vampire or werewolf and are feared by many. Imagine a life where everyone either eyes you in disgust, fear, or awe. A life where almost all of your decisions can make or break how you appear to your fellow townsfolk. Now add in conviving friends, princess responsibilities and fear. That is Olivia P. De'Auvergne and this is how her world fell apart. This story is a sequel to The Entanglement. It can be read as a stand alone but if you want a better understanding of the story then you'd be better off reading the first one first.
