In a forgotten age before recorded history, a fearful young boy is forced to leave his prehistoric settlement and journey into the wild alongside his aging father to hunt a mysterious beast that threatens their survival.

Many Ape ages pass. The forest grows sparser, trees stand shorter, the invasive muted brown devours every green in its path. More songs tell of oceans vanishing, transforming into mountains of solid white. The cold winds up north freezes everything in its wake. The heat down south withers everything to brittleness. This is the story, 155 million years ago. about a Saurophaganax, making his way along the food chain. it's a hard life being one of the best, everything will try to kill you, to hunt you. but will you remain strong and trust those others you come across with your life? or will they eat you the first chance they got?

The story, Hiwaga, is inspired by the Philippines pre-Spanish colonialization era, mixed with a bit of fantasy and modern elements. This story was purely based on the author's imagination.
