Preposterousteabag cerita

As the title says, this is a Language Arts assignment gone wrong (from 2019). Our objective was to write a short story on the creation of something, how it came to be. Being the ridiculous theatrical person I am, I wrote about the creation of Jazz Hands.

"This is gonna go well or my name ain't Barack Obama." "Your name isn't Barack Obama?" "That's the point." "Whatever floats your titanic." "The titanic sank?" "Exactly. " Seventeen year old Thomas Becker is done with life. With an abusive mom, no friends in the world, and a lack of feeling anything, he plans to die on his eighteenth birthday. He plans, that is, until he runs into Avery Clarke. She opens his eyes on life, and he shows her his point of view. Two different people, that, without the power of coffee, would never have become friends. Adventures with nachos, half of a bicycle, friendship, drama, and ice cream. Daniel has always dreamed his life will be full of adventure. Dreaming and anticipation prepare him for his destiny, but he realizes it's not what he thought it would be. He runs away and finds others like him, although not knowing. However, he learns of a chance to change the fate he was doomed for forever. His only dream now is to run his clock out before it resets itself.
