Based on the general writing prompt idea of a frenemy relationship between a superhero and a supervillain. --- Specter made her debut in the public eye three months after Sentinel joined the ranks of the city's souped up do-gooders. That was no small coincidence. V never set out in life to be what she is (obviously) but she's mature enough to admit to herself that she can be a bit morally grey, with a flair for the dramatic, and so, despite the fact that her schemes never hurt any civilians - a point of pride - the press was quick to label her a supervillain, even though at most she's a high class thief. And okay, maybe she was petty enough to become one just to mess with people. One specific person. Whatever.

Jongdae was ready to Have A Sad when he saw the flyer with a picture of a cat on it at the bus stop. Happily, underneath "HAVE YOU SEEN MY CAT" was the caption "he's great, right? He's safe at home, I just want everybody to see him." And thus Jongdae gained a pen pal, and maybe something more.
