I was fluent in Japanese (and English, French, and Mandarin, still learning Russian) and I could easily sneak onto any vessel to get there, and I wanted to see the sights in real life, be immersed in the culture. yagi toshinori never thought he would be a hero, not after being diagnosed as quirkless when he was four but what he expected less was to become best friends with a 200 year old villain that hated (in theory) him and everyone that had his quirk before him.
