Aoi Tategami and Makoto Kenzaki are two idols who have opposite personalities, with Aoi being the Passionate and Aggressive one, and Makoto being the Gentle and Demure one. Nevertheless, Aoi and Makoto formed an unlikely friendship that turns into sisterly bond. Despite the obstacles that may ruin their bonds, they continue to fight as Precures together and save the day. The duo recruits a group with Love Momozono, Saki Hyuuga, Nao Midorikawa, Rin Natsuki and Elena Amamiya, and they named it "Go Cheerful Crew". Not long after Go Cheerful Crew is recruited, Maiya, a goddess who came from the Music World, searches for Precures to help her stop her cousin Souta, who became the Demon King due to his jealousy. With Aoi, Makoto, and the rest of GCC Casts are up to the mission Maiya gave them, they must work together to stop Souta and his organization, the Warumo Squad. During this mission, the entire GCC Casts will deal with Momona Aose, Kousuke Aoba, and the two fairies: Mary and Angelo.

A long time ago, a young girl named haruno haruka met a strange boy dressed in white named kanata after being bullied by her classmate because her dream is to become a princess. he gave her a strange ornamental key, and haruka promised that she will never give up her own dreams. a few years later, haruka, now at the age of 13,attends noble academy, a boarding school for girls and boys. but even now, she cherished her dream of becoming a princess, like those from ber precious picture books. one day, she encountered name was seto tatsuki aka kamen rider kiva, 18 year old boy who look shy person and wear glasses and two fairy creature from the hope kingdom pafu and aroma, who were followed by strange monsters. the fairies told her that they were created by a witch who turns dreams into despair and locks them away in the gate of despair. with no choice, the fairies gave haruka a princess perfumes with her become cure flora, a precure to oppose the dark witch. when cure flora battle began, she encountered a life draining monster fangire. and at the same tatsuki become kamen rider kiva to fight fangire with cure flora. now being joined by kaido minami(cure mermaid), akagi towa(cure Scarlet)and amanogawa kirara(cure twinkle), they form the princess precure team in order to collect the dress up keys to open the gate of dreams and protect people dream from despair and help the riders defeated riders. In a world ruled by four nations who wielded dual elemental powers, there are 28 masks that grants the wearer the powers of mythical beasts. Each mask is grouped into four groups of seven, each being led by the mask of the Four Saint Supreme Beasts, guardians of that world. Once day, a rift between worlds opened suddenly and several of the masks fell into it. Because the masks react to the repressed negative emotions of their chosen wearers, the nations sent four champions of the Four Saint Supreme Beasts, Saints, to retrieve them. When they arrived, they found themselves in a parallel world with different types of building, transportation, and was being protected by warriors called Precure until the rift caused them to lose the ability to transform. The four Saints must work with the now-depowered Precures to find the missing masks' chosen wielders and help them control their new powers, while also finding the missing Precure powers. With Cutie Girls Squad formed, they encountered Celeste, the ruler of the Miracle Heart Kingdom. Celeste seeks help from them to save her world from her ex-friend Cadence, the Queen of Darkness, who fell from grace due to her greediness. While Kanade, Nodoka, Lala, and the rest of CGS Cast do their mission, they encounter Gabby Shiratori, Riku Ozora, and their fairy partners, namely Elijah and Liam. The whole CGS Casts must deal with the Yami Heart Gang, who works with Cadence.

The duo crosses paths and they instantly formed a friendship due to similar interests. Thanks to their good heart, Hime and Aguri manage to transform into Precures and fight the forces of evil together. Together with Hibiki Hojo, Ruru Amour, Kotoha Hanami, Miki Aono, and Himari Arisugawa, the duo then recruit the group as "Joyful Girls Squad". As Hime, Aguri, and their other 5 friends were known as Joyful Girls Squad, they face a new obstacle: A princess of the Friendship Kingdom, namely Sarah, flee from her hometown due to the invasion led by an evil wizard named Kahlil, and his organization called the Nuisance Clan. To help Sarah save the Friendship Kingdom, the whole JGS Casts must find a way to defeat Kahlil. While the JGS Casts are fulfilling the mission, Akari Hoshidera, Saku Ozora, and their fairy partners, namely Ara and Julie, step in to support them.
