After a year has passed from their last adventure, 53 Pretty Cures and 28 mascots went to go see The Super Mario Bros. Movie together in the movie theaters. Once they saw the whole movie from start to finish, Miyuki convince everyone to find a green Warp Pipe in the underground sewers to see if it's real. But it turns out, it was real which caught everyone by surprise. And now, join 53 Pretty Cures and 28 mascots as they enter the green Warp Pipe, where their adventure in the Super Mario universe will soon begin. Disclaimer: I do not own the images. Kanade Minamino, Nodoka Hanadera, and Lala Hagoromo are three best friends who has a passion for Girly Stuffs and Fashion. Kanade is Friendly and Mature, Nodoka is Sweet and Kind, and Lala is Intelligent and Down-to-Earth. The trio were brought together by fate, and with a miracle, they transform as Precures to fight the forces of evil. Kanade, Nodoka, and Lala formed a group called "Cutie Girls Squad" with Emiru Aisaki, Erika Kurumi, Alice Yotsuba, and Yayoi Kise as their teammates. With Cutie Girls Squad formed, they encountered Celeste, the ruler of the Miracle Heart Kingdom. Celeste seeks help from them to save her world from her ex-friend Cadence, the Queen of Darkness, who fell from grace due to her greediness. While Kanade, Nodoka, Lala, and the rest of CGS Cast do their mission, they encounter Gabby Shiratori, Riku Ozora, and their fairy partners, namely Elijah and Liam. The whole CGS Casts must deal with the Yami Heart Gang, who works with Cadence.

Aoi Tategami and Makoto Kenzaki are two idols who have opposite personalities, with Aoi being the Passionate and Aggressive one, and Makoto being the Gentle and Demure one. Nevertheless, Aoi and Makoto formed an unlikely friendship that turns into sisterly bond. Despite the obstacles that may ruin their bonds, they continue to fight as Precures together and save the day. The duo recruits a group with Love Momozono, Saki Hyuuga, Nao Midorikawa, Rin Natsuki and Elena Amamiya, and they named it "Go Cheerful Crew". Not long after Go Cheerful Crew is recruited, Maiya, a goddess who came from the Music World, searches for Precures to help her stop her cousin Souta, who became the Demon King due to his jealousy. With Aoi, Makoto, and the rest of GCC Casts are up to the mission Maiya gave them, they must work together to stop Souta and his organization, the Warumo Squad. During this mission, the entire GCC Casts will deal with Momona Aose, Kousuke Aoba, and the two fairies: Mary and Angelo.

Less than two weeks after the battle with Miracle Queen, the Order of the Guardians found out about what Master Fu had done. Haruka, Tsubomi, Ako, and the rest of WP Casts will help Carissa retrieve the Land of Happiness by defeating Eris, along with her organization, namely the Doku Doku Squad. While doing this mission, the whole WP Casts encounter Karin Tachibana, Kazuki Uchida, and their two fairy friends: Abby and Francis.

Chizuru and Nozomu are already buy the movie of the Pretty Cure movie and they enjoy watch the movie with Kouta and his girlfriends of Senran Kagura,Highschool DXD and Touhou Project but then a white light appeared to suck them inside tv and transport to the world of Precure universe and to meet 80 Cures and they will somehow to confess Kouta Really!? 80 Pretty Cure girls!? With Kaijin, she has to find the other Precures. Together they must defeat the Chaos Siblings and their leader before it's too late. "Harmony is made by a string of small things brought together. When we are together in harmony, suddenly everything seems colorful."

13 years ago the kingdom of the sky was ruled by Queen Sunn , and Queen Cloud. A beautiful kingdom it was , small sky fairies lived in perfect harmony. But as it was prophesied the two queens started to disagree. And as times went on the two Queens risded in two different castles. The castle of the sun and the castle of the clouds. It wasn't long before wars broke out between the two. The wars were too dangerous to be fought in the skys , and it wasn't going to be long before the human world became the battle field. And as the battle raged on the queens realized what they'd done...how their selfishness indangered the entire world. The queens gave up their power to the human world , knowing that whoever recieved it would use it to stop the wars between their kingdoms. On that same day...two humans were born and now it is their time to return, "arise Beam and Rainy!!"
