A year passed, the Neo Fusion Empire have returned to conquer the world once again but there is the new Precure team to stop them by using the powers of their senior Precures to defeat them.

A new threat came from another universe and invaded Planet Constella which based on the constellations. It's up to the 12 Precures to save their home and restore Planet Constella from Lord Darkness the overlord of Dark Galatic Empire.
