Everyone knows those times when they want to say something to someone they cherish. To that someone who holds that special place in your heart. They know how difficult it is to express their true feelings, when they truely mean it. The hesitation that goes along with it. But realize that you have to accept whatever life gives you: From physical things, to emotional things. But, most of all, and especially, what you feel right now.

The book deals with some small changes in history, concluding in Brandenburg/Prussia becoming a major colonial power. The first chapters are pure (alternate) history but the rest is about the personal fate of a linguist in the Prussian port colony Gwadar in today's Pakistan. On his example I will show the life in such a colony.
