In this modern reimagining of "Pride and Prejudice", Elizabeth Bennet - a sharp‑witted data analyst and blogger - crosses paths with Fitzwilliam Darcy, the reserved CEO of Pemberley Tech. At first, they judge each other: she sees him as an aloof tycoon, he views the local community with detached skepticism. As a data leak crisis hits the company, Lizzy's thoughtful, compassionate writing helps calm the storm - and makes Darcy see her integrity and empathy. He begins to confront his own arrogance, rethink the company's ethics, and prioritize community over profit. They face pressure from Darcy's powerful aunt, Lady Catherine, who wants him to uphold family expectations and reject Lizzy. But Darcy chooses his own path: he reforms the business, stands up to his aunt, and admits his mistakes publicly. Eventually, Darcy and Lizzy acknowledge their feelings and build a relationship based on mutual respect and shared values. Jane and Bingley also grow closer, united by their desire to support education. A year later, Pemberley Tech launches its Community First Initiative, and Darcy and Lizzy stand together, realizing that real pride means standing for what matters, and real love grows from seeing and honoring each other's humanity.

Catherine has one thing left of her family's legacy: a crumbling cottage on the most valuable land in the county. When the ruthless, impossibly wealthy Mr. Benedict buys the surrounding estate, he expects her to sell like everyone else. She refuses. Then he humiliates her best friend at a ball, proving once and for all that Mr. Benedict has a fortune, a manor, and absolutely no idea how to talk to a woman without insulting her into tears. He wants a wife. What he has instead is a reputation for disaster and a solicitor too polite to tell him the truth: nobody likes him. So when he comes to her with an offer, she counters with one of her own: she'll teach him how to actually court a woman... with the condition that he abandons his campaign to tear down her family's cottage for good. It should be simple. Lessons, in exchange for the one thing she has left. But between failed compliments, disastrous dinners, and a moonlit confrontation neither of them can forget, the lessons start teaching her something too - that the man she agreed to save from himself might be the one person capable of undoing her. Enemies to allies to something neither of them bargained for. A house he wants. A wife he doesn't know how to win. And a woman who was never supposed to be the one teaching him how.

𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝. If every fairytale, every mythical beast were real, would Human kind welcome Lorfolk in "polite society", or would the world be divided? When crimes are committed, who should be guilty, the man who abuses his wife, or the wolf he becomes when the moon is full, who eats his wife alive? Is a werewolf judged by human law, or lore law? Prosecuted by an attorney at law, or lore? After her mother is killed for a witch, and her father is murdered, Kathleen Hollywig comes to 1885 Germany to live with her uncle, an attorney at lore whose apprentice catches her interest. A man unlike anyone she has ever met in her life of uptown fashion and highbrow friends, Nikolaus Himmel makes a poor first impression, his very essence one whom the Grim Reaper would find a kindred spirit to.

The only daughter (and youngest child) of Lord and Lady Whittaker, twenty year old Gloriana reveled in her third season amongst high society London. With a marriage proposal all but verbally uttered, and very much anticipated by the ton, she had never been happier. But, sometimes, things are just too good to be true, and a vicious kick back to reality was in the cards for Miss Gloriana. Heart broken and bitter, she returns to her mother's side at their country estate, where her life takes a few rather unexpected turns. ~A regency era romance~ •Jane Austen/Charlotte Bronte inspired story• Edge= to excite, stimulate, or provoke If you're like me, you loved 'Pride and Prejudice', 'Sense and Sensibility', and 'Jane Eyre'. It's so easy to get lost in time while reading about life in the age where men were (mostly) gentleman, where lavish balls were frequent, and when there was a season in London where the gentry and well mannered people got together to gossip and form relationships. Also, if you're like me, all of those super inaccurate, pseudo regency period romance stories probably make you want to weep all over your Mr.Darcy body pillow. And that's not to say I don't read them, I still do, cause I'll take what I can get. I'm also not insinuating there aren't great, truly well written regency period stories on here either. I feel grateful to have found a few so far, and I really appreciate the authors who wrote them. But I couldn't help but try my hand at writing something I'd really enjoy reading. Something a bit more accurate than most. Still a little overdone, still has everything you want in a good regency era love story, but it shouldn't turn you into a Bertha Mason out of frustration. Any comments are appreciated! ♡JordynBH

This is my first book so please let me know any mistakes or historical inaccuracies you may find, I'm open to criticism. The story changes when Elizabeth Bennet decides to accompany Lady Catherine to town and stay at Rosings for another month where several unexpected events occur. Also, some lines are directly extracted from the original novel and I do not take credit for them. I have yet to see a variation from this point of the story but if someone has done this before do tag them! (Almost) All of the characters belong to Jane Austen therefore I do not take credit for them.

"The Lost Journals of Fitzwilliam Darcy" is a retelling of Jane Austen's classic novel "Pride and Prejudice" from the perspective of the enigmatic Mr. Darcy. Presented as a series of detailed journal entries, the story chronicles Darcy's innermost thoughts, feelings, and experiences as he navigates the complex social landscape of early 19th-century England. From the outset, Darcy's aloof and prideful demeanor sets him at odds with the spirited Elizabeth Bennet-whose wit and lack of deference both intrigue and confound him. Despite his initial resistance, Darcy finds himself increasingly drawn to Elizabeth, admiring her intelligence and vivacity. The narrative delves into Darcy's struggles with his own prejudices and the expectations imposed upon him by society and his station. It explores his pivotal role in the resolution of the scandal surrounding Elizabeth's sister Lydia and his ultimate confrontation with his aunt, Lady Catherine de Bourgh, whose disapproval challenges his resolve. Throughout the story, Darcy undergoes a profound transformation, shedding his pride and coming to understand the value of humility and openness. His evolving relationship with Elizabeth, marked by misunderstanding and eventual reconciliation, leads to a deep and abiding love. Each journal entry captures the historical context of the era, including social customs, manners, and the intricate dy

"It is a truth universally acknowledged that a girl who's just travelled halfway around the world will be in want of a bed." When Lily Brewer is shipped off to boarding school in England, she runs into the insufferably arrogant Austin Cooper. He's haughty, rude and thinks he's better than everyone else. Shame, then, that his twin brother Jax is so sweet and kind and has a not-so-subtle thing for Lily's oblivious roommate, Anne. This is a modern young adult adaptation of Jane Austen's beloved 'Pride & Prejudice'. In it, you'll find all your favourite characters and then some. *This is part one of a re-working of my story 'Netherfield Prep'. I'm splitting it into two shorter pieces, giving them a tidy and a re-write.*

No one who had seen me in my infancy, childhood, pre-teen years, or even last week would have thought I was born to be a heroine. But, surely, every girl got to be the heroine of her own story. And I was searching for what every Janeite with minimal pounds a year was; a hero to share my story. The only problem was, I was the epitome of that meme. I honest to goodness did not blame Disney for my unrealistic expectations of men. I had Jane to blame. It was bad enough Granny Meg and I spent my formative years romanticising gentlemen like Darcy and Tilney, the world of TV then decided that Regency was hot shit and I had all new gentlemen to make me swoon. There was a brief flirtation with Sidney Parker. I mean, that arse. How could you not? But then...then I was ruined for all men, at the ripe old age of seventeen, for the rest of my life. Hello, Anthony Bridgerton. There was not a thing that man could do or say that would not have me drooling. Move over Darcy, there's a new standard in town. A standard that Summerville High School's resident bad boy suddenly plans to surpass. Penn Franklin had always been of the look but don't touch variety. And, now he's taken a leaf out of every Regency man's playbook, just looking is becoming far too dangerous. Lingering glances, passionate words, and nothing but the promise of a touch. What's a girl to do when the bad boy talks Regency dirty? Pray to our Lady Jane that she can resist him and, when she can't, that he won't break her heart.

This is pride and prejudice and Zombies, but gay. Everything is the same except that Elizabeth is now Elliot and Jane is now John. The rest of the Bennet's are still the same gender, just the main relationship as well as the main side relationships are now gay. The movie is a recent hyper-fixation of mine, mainly because I am pansexual and in my opinion, the movie is catered to people who like both.
