The essence of priesthood in the Kingdom of God.

This is the second section of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. This section is the section on the Life in Christ. It covers the liturgy and the sacraments. The Catholic Church has seven sacraments. They are divided into three section. The first are the Sacraments of Christian Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and First Eucharist. Then there are the Sacraments of Healing: Reconcilation, and Anointing of the Sick. Finally there are the Sacraments of Service: Holy Orders and Matrimony.

When Alina is attacked by a werewolf under the full moon, she thinks it must be a nightmare-until a mysterious group of priests comes to her rescue. They offer her protection, a home within their secretive order, and a chance to fight back against the creatures that nearly took her life. But as Alina trains with them, she discovers a terrifying truth: she's one of them. By night, she transforms into the very thing the priests hunt. Struggling to control the wild instincts threatening to consume her, she's caught between two worlds-the disciplined life of the priests and the primal urges pulling her toward the pack. To make things even more complicated, there's an undeniable spark between her and one of the young priests sworn to destroy her kind. As dark forces close in and the line between friend and foe begins to blur, Alina must make an impossible choice. Will she fight alongside the priests and rid the world of the werewolf curse, or give in to the beast within and embrace the power she was born to wield? Her fate is sealed by the moon. But which path will she choose before it's too late?

This is a theological reflection of my missionary experience with the mentally handicapped people at L'Arche Community. I based my reflection from the gospel, The Washing of the Feet. I volunteered once a week, every Tuesday, while studying Theology at the Missionary Institute of London, UK.

I was a priest and 52 years old. I could not see that I made a difference as a priest but have accepted the dull and boring life that I had. This was until a boy who seemed so familiar showed up and told me how lost and unhappy I was. Could this boy help me find myself again? Who was this boy?

Radical Shifts is the true story of a man's search for himself through rock music and then priesthood and back to rock even harder. Pete Mason started playing guitar in elementary school and continued in bands in high school and beyond. He went on wild road trips and was addicted to drugs and a life of promiscuity until one day he experienced Jesus Christ calling him to a new life. Pete later heard a voice while on retreat calling him to be a priest, which he initially ran away from but later followed and was ordained in 1994 for the Archdiocese of Vancouver, BC, Canada. All was well for a couple of years until he experienced great difficulties with a superior and was eventually removed from his church and sent home. Some time passed until Pete had a nervous breakdown and was admitted to a psych ward where he was diagnosed bi-polar. After many years in and out of churches he realized that God was calling him to leave the priesthood to get married and start a band: Myztery.

This is a story I wrote whilst doing a creative writing and english literature degree as part of a fantasy world many of my stories take place in. It explores the backstory of one of my characters and gives reason for why he is who he is, Earl Jonathan Belkin seeks to confront Dominic, the priest who crippled his son years before, but who escaped punishment on a legal technicality.
