A short story about some struggles faced by a Singaporean student while growing up. If you're a student, especially Singaporean or Asian, you might find our heroine's struggle extremely familiar. After all, the story has been inspired by real people and events. The creative writing style of the story should also be familiar to the Singaporean students, so forgive the 'big' words used at times. I do admit sometimes the phrases could be simpler but such is one way to stand out in PSLE creative writing. Thank you for reading my story. * This story is generally based on my life, I will change some thing (more than likely things I don't fully remember)* The chatter of 13 year olds filled my ears as I walked to class, alone. When I finally arrive I walk over to my best friends, the 'troublemaker' group, all of the boys giving me their usual pretty smiles and pats on the head, which I despise. "Hey, Stormy. How's Life?" Ryder questions "A storm, Ry, my life is a storm" *WARNING- This book contains domestic violence, self harm, self loathing, swearing (lots) and mental illnesses, if this triggers you in any way do not read this book* My story will start when I was 13, I was in year 7, and will go through to present time, where I am 17, when something happens in my life I will add to the story. I will be changing the names of people, but they will have the same personalities and they will speak and act the same.

After a catastrophic mistranslation scandal involving vocal layering in his hit song "U Move" - which, unfortunately, sounds suspiciously like "Put it in your mouth, yes, yes" in one Slavic language (yes, that's exactly what "La Pa Da Da" means in my first language) - CG5 is blacklisted from every major record label on Earth. He even got kicked out of his own record label (yeah, the one he started) and out of "Virgin" too, because apparently he didn't live up to the name anymore. With the entire Eastern European block both obsessing over and cancelling him, CG5 has no choice but to abandon his music career and rebrand himself as PG5 (Parental Guidance 5 - guaranteed 500% kid-friendly). Now a freshly hired primary school teacher, PG5 faces his first day in class... along with a horde of furious parents demanding he rewrite "U Move" into an acceptable children's anthem. Will he survive the PTA? Will his glittery suits pass dress code?

This is a heartfelt life story that starts from your childhood and follows your journey to the present. It begins with your early memories of exploring the world, your family's love, and the small adventures that shaped you. Starting school brought nervousness and tears-crying to your dad because you wanted to go home-but also the joy of making your first friends and learning new things. Year 6 was unforgettable, full of laughter, memories, and a sense of belonging, which made it your favorite class ever. Secondary school was harder-not because of studies, but because of people and the environment. Amid the confusion and challenges, you met Fatima, your closest friend and source of trust. Your bond has been strong since day one, but as time passes, you've noticed changes and heard that she might be moving on, which leaves you feeling hurt, confused, and scared. Hamida adds to the tension, accusing Fatima of betrayal and blaming you for "destroying" things, even though your friendship with Fatima started before Hamida was in the picture. Despite the drama and misunderstandings, you don't blame anyone else-you blame yourself for trusting too deeply, caring too much, and expecting things to stay unchanging. The story is also a form of self-expression, a way for you to pour out your feelings because there's no one else to talk to. It's raw, emotional, and honest, capturing your love, hurt, and the complexities of friendship, trust, and growing up.

So this is about how I feel and my experiences being dyslexic. It might help you understand dyslexia and if you are dyslexic relate with me. I will tell you about how I helped myself get better at the things I struggle with.

this is basically starting off when polska goes to his first day in primary and it goes on to high school. there won't be any chapters about war but only time skips and memories about them. their night be some smut at the end and fluff but I don't know if I'll be able to add that. 😅 anyways the ship in here is GerPol.
