But it never crossed Maple's mind that she might be chosen. Now, Maple is thrown into the politics of the cruel Capitol where one wrong word means her family dies and the challenge of the murderous Hunger Games, but she never thought the boy she would be against would be one she loved.

Peeta Mellark didn't swallow the berries, so Katniss Everdeen died in the arena. 26 years has passed, and the fourth quarter quell has arrived. There will be 9 games total. The first 8 will contain one tribute from each district; four of these games will consist of males, the other four of females. The final four remaining at the end of each game will then move to the 'final game', where only one will survive. 96 tributes will enter, but only one will escape the arena. Cover by @debnam-careys
