The life of Princess Sofia and Prince Hugo twelve years after their Royal Prep graduation.

The first summer after graduating from ERA Sofia is summoned by her Amulet to the secret library where she learns that Hugo's Kingdom is facing a threat. Axel seems to have gotten some kind of weird foot fungus, and it keeps getting bigger. He and Hugo want to tell their parents, who think the boys are too tired from working hard. What is this fungus, and how can they tell their parents?

Prince Hugo's older brother, Axel, and their father are going on an Ever Realm Academy retreat for the weekend, which means it'll be just Hugo and his mother, Samira. Sofia will be sleeping over for one night. Samira thinks it's time to give Hugo a pedicure at home. Because she doesn't get a chance to tell her son what a pedicure is, Hugo thinks it means getting his feet cut off!

While helping Zandar, Sofia and Prince Hugo find a magic lamp with a genie inside. Sofia wonders what it's like to be a genie, so they switch identities for the day.

History repeats itself when Hildegard and Clio find out about Sofia's and Prince Hugo's identities as Protectors of the Ever Realm. Hildegard wants to wear an Enchantlet, and Sofia and Hugo won't let her wear either of theirs. During a sleepover at Enchancia Castle, Hildegard steals Sofia's Enchantlet and tricks a trio of Wee Sprites into believing she herself is a Protector, thus causing trouble for the Sugar Plum Fairy. Can the royals and Protectors fix this mess?

During the 41 years of being trapped inside the Amulet of Avalor, Princess Elena had chosen princesses to wear it to see who had what it took to release her...and the only princess to do that was Sofia. But Amber wonders why Elena never picked her to wear the Amulet.

The Tri-Kingdom Gallery is opening soon, and Roland wants Sofia to paint a mural for the gallery. Unfortunately, thanks to the events at the Royal School Fair, Sofia get's painter's block. She's unable to pick an idea for the mural, and Amber isn't making her feel any better. Hugo tries to put Sofia at ease, but it's not enough to cure her, and Amber keeps telling her to hurry up and paint the mural. Can Sofia overcome her painter's block? Will Amber keep pushing Sofia to make a decision, or will she finally leave Sofia alone?

On Hugo's 11th birthday everyone is very excited! But Sofia finds it hard on finding which gift is the best for Hugo. Because everyone has got the best gift for him, she didn't wanted Hugo to get upset by not getting a great gift so she tries to do a magic spell to make a birthday card! but the spell goes all wrong makes the castle Invisible, and even the people inside!
