While out on a voyage Bakugo Katsuki, a pirate finds a small notebook filled with myths and legends. One fable on mermaids and Katsuki's whole world is turned upside down. Decades ago two close kingdoms fought the Elf Kingdom and the Dragon Kingdom. Deku is rejected by UA because he is 'quirkless' when his dad came over and everyone was shocked that the King of America was in Japan. However on the journey, midoriya is attacked by a group of bandits who are trying to be rid off all the rich snobs that enter the country and poor izuku just so happens to become their new target. Though what happens when the so called cold king of the kingdom ends up having a soft spot for the boy after all?
