Lotor has given Voltron anything they wanted. For months, he's allowed himself to be locked away as a prisoner and treated less than everyone else in the castle. Finally, after many successful missions using his intel, he's finally convinced Voltron to take his suggestion on their next target. Alwain. With thousands of resources, it's clear why it's considered valuable- and why its security measures are through the roof. If taken back, it would be a MASSIVE victory for the Collalition. However, after some digging, Pidge comes across a vital piece of information that Lotor "forgot" to tell them. Years ago, after the solar system's thousand-year rebellion had been forced to an end by Galra forces, Lotor was dragged back into Zarkon's plans when he and the Crown Princess were forced into marriage to secure control. While neither is originally thrilled about the arrangement, they end up falling in love. Sadly, Lotor was banished to the end of the galaxy. Any attempt to contact her will mean the end of his lover's home, people, and her life. With no other choice, he's forced to wait. Now, he finally has the opportunity to rescue her from Galra oppression, and nothing is going to stop him. I don't own Voltron or the characters, just the plot of this fanfic. I do own the cover photo and do not permit anyone to use it to profit or gain from it. It's implied that reader has a lifespan similar to Lotor's. Lance hesitated for a moment before making his way back to the Galra. A pocket knife he had on him when the team decided to go looking for the Blue Lion sat on the beside table and he made a grab for it. Lotor could only stare as Lance took his hands and cut the restrainments for a few minutes. When his hands were free, he looked them over for any scrapes or bruises before looking up at the Paladin. Lance only gave him a smile and then made his way to the bathroom. Lotor could feel the small spots on his cheeks flitter at the action that was so small and yet felt so big at the same time.

Takashi Shirogane runs a daycare in his own house. Chaos ensues. The kids are Keith, Lance, Pidge, Hunk, Allura, Coran, and Lotor. Also, he meets Adam (Adam is hot, but Shiro is allowed to find someone attractive and not want to date them... right?)

Instead of Dying as she assumed she would. Allura gets woken up from the cryo-pod once again. With all her memory intact she finds her self back in time. In a strange combination of far more prepared and not prepared at all Allura is determined to do things better this time. If nothing else, she wants a happier ending for her friends. His plans to over through his father were finally taking place but suddenly come to a halt when Zarkon awakens and finds out what his disgraced son was up to. Now Lotor has a hit out on him, his generals have betrayed him and he has nowhere to go but to one place, a place that he may not be welcomed. Lotor has to make the decision to figure out who he is in this fight and there might be one person in the Rebellion that can help him figure that out.
